Gülçin Con Wright, Ph.D.

Gülçin Con Wright received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Boğaziçi University, Master’s degree in Sociology at Middle East Technical University, and Dual-Title PhD in Sociology and Gerontology at Purdue University as a Fulbright Scholar. In collaboration with her research team, she published encyclopedia chapters and peer-reviewed articles in journals such as Journal of Marriage and Family, and The Gerontologist. Her dissertation explores older married couples’ initiation and negotiation of parental support to their adult children. She currently is an Assistant Professor at TED University.
