She is one of the co-founders of Doing Sociology—an academic blog dedicated to promoting sociological knowledge. She is currently teaching at the Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences (TSLAS), Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET), Patiala.
