Dr. Abbey Nawrocki received their MS and PhD in Sociology from Purdue University and is currently the Associate Director of Gender & Sexuality Resources at The John Hopkins University. Dr. Nawrocki is passionate about making community spaces and services more inclusive, equitable, and accessible for marginalized communities. They specialize in assessing systemic inequities faced by marginalized groups. Queer theory, intersectionality, reproductive justice, and anti-racism guide their approach to supporting communities and engaging with leadership.
